Once consultation work, analysis, or preparation has commenced, the applicable fee may become non-refundable.

Clients may request to reschedule their consultation by contacting us in advance. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may be accepted at the discretion of Suyaash Vastu Solutions.

4. Online Consultations

For online map consultations and DOB analysis, the service may be considered commenced once the information, documents, maps, or DOB details provided by the client have been reviewed or analyzed.

After the analysis or consultation process has started, fees may not be eligible for a refund.

5. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the original payment method. The time taken for the refund to appear in the client’s account may depend on the payment provider or bank.

6. Incorrect Information

Refunds may not be provided where the consultation cannot be completed or recommendations are affected because incorrect, incomplete, or insufficient information was provided by the client.

7. Service Expectations

Vastu consultation provides professional guidance based on the information provided by the client and applicable Vastu principles. Payment for the service does not guarantee any particular financial, personal, business, health, or other outcome.

Dissatisfaction with an expected outcome does not by itself constitute grounds for a refund.

8. Refund Exceptions

Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis where circumstances outside the client’s or Suyaash Vastu Solutions’ reasonable control prevent the service from being delivered.
